Base for the Utilea species!

I may have gone overboard with the extra options, and this is my first time making a base so I'm not sure if the layer/folder order is unnecessarily painful. Thank you for checking it out!

The base is free, but I would greatly appreciate donations as I am not employed, out of spending and I happen to have an addiction to living.

You may:

accept/commission others

make free adopts, giveaways, etc.

use in media, such as games and videos.

You may not:

sell as adopts or in auctions without my permission. Recolors and basic edits will always be rejected

sell the base itself

claim credit for the base

remove the sign stating I created the base
